April 5 -10, 2015

A true winter paradise, Big Sky, Montana will awe you with its dramatic mountainous landscape, challenge you in its steep ascents and deep powder, relax you with luxurious lodging and excite you with a snowmobiling adventure. Whether you are a skier, or a snowman maker, whether you prefer massages or movies or cliff jumping, this trip truly has something for everyone!

Explore W. Yellowstone, cook up a delicious meal in your gourmet kitchen or snowboard what is considered the biggest terrain in this part of the Americas, and all while enjoying the comfort of spring conditions. And don’t miss the trip’s grand finale with a snowcat ride up the side of a mountain with a delicious dinner in an authentic yurt!

The houses are amazing, and come completely outfitted (hot tubs, gourmet kitchens, fireplaces, pool tables, theaters, great views, outdoor BBQs, etc.) so you will be extremely comfortable and have plenty to do when you are hanging out during the day or in the evenings.

The terrain here is some of the best in North America, and you will experience optimal spring skiing/snowboarding conditions. This means you can explore fresh, deep, untouched powder but without freezing your way up a chair lift. And Big Sky is also famous for having no lift lines, which means you will make the most out of a day of skiing and you’re not waiting in line ¾ of the day for the best lifts. First tracks down the mountain, with no one to knock you over? Yes, please. The terrain is also so vast it accommodates both boarders and skiers comfortably and suits all skill levels, and provides excellent back country opportunities for experts.

Big Sky is on the brink of becoming one of the premiere ski destinations in the country, but for now it remains (to our delight!) still a bit undiscovered, a bit untouched and has that true small town vibe. It’s a friendly town set in a dramatic landscape, with great food, great skiing/snowboarding, and great people.

One of the coolest things about Big Sky is its proximity to Yellowstone. An experience almost exclusive to this area, snowmobiling in West Yellowstone is a clear highlight of this trip. Have you ever seen a moose up close? Now’s your chance! And if you don’t ski, don’t worry. Big Sky is a winter paradise so there is no shortage of activities to do in and out of doors including, snowshoeing, zip lining, cross country skiing, massages, yoga, the list goes on.

Incredibly friendly, warm and down to earth. Everywhere you go you’ll feel welcome. There’s no posh people wearing designer onesies a la Aspen.
